Thanks for the heads up on that book. I will be looking for it. Additionally, be looking for Don Gilmore's book due out in December from Pelican Publishing, nationally. The Book is the most comprehensive in years on the Border War between Missouri and Kansas. It includes information not reported. It is called, ""Civil War on the Missouri/Kansas Border.
