Could someone translate this tombstone inscription for me. Hier Ruhen in Gott Die Durch Morderhand Dem Tode Uberlieferten (E or C)heleute Bonacker I think these two were murdered by a jealous boyfriend of the wife. Thanks! Dave Hallemann Sleuth@cat2.com
Here is the result from http://www.tranexp.com:2000/InterTran Using "(E)heleute": "Here rests in God the by [Morderhand] the deaths [Uberlieferten] married people [Bonacker]" (The first "the" can be replaced with "that, which, who, this one" according to the progam) Using "(C)heleute": "Here rests in God the by [Morderhand] the deaths [Uberlieferten] [Cheleute] [Bonacker]" Apparently the program couldn't translate the words left in brackets (some of which could be names of course).
