I too think that is a terrific idea, how about extending it to 4-H, scouts and service organizations like the JC's? My daughter is doing a free choice 4-H project in which she will clean up (with our help) an old abandoned cemetery, writing about the experience and documenting it through pictures for her project. Boy and Girl scouts could do the same.
My mom runs the Boy Scout office in our town, I'll talk to her and see if she'll mention it to the scout masters in the area, maybe we can get something started in Jasper Co.
