Laurie, Mount Olive Cemetery is owned and operated by the Archdiocese of St. Louis. I have a copy of the burials up to June 1990, send me the name of your ancestor and I'll check the record. However, Mt Olive records are not all that great. Several burials are not listed and the ones that are do not contain much. Seems that the caretaker, before the cemetery was taken over by the Diocese, didn't do a very good job of taking care of the records. What they have is what was logged and what they were able to reconstruct from various pieces of paper.
