Hi list, I saw a posting the subject of Confederate Old Solders Homes and was wondering if anyone knew of a Veterans Hospital in MO around 1905. My ggrandfather, Levi PIPER was a Union Veteran his wife's application for his pension said he died in Newton County in April of 1905. I am still seeking information on his burial place.
