Karen, Your best bet would be to contact the cemetery are request data from their records. The Freidens Survey that is available, does not list any UTHE burials, nor does it list a LILLIAN SCHAEFFER. The survey does list a FRED SCHAEFER, born 1882, died 1909. There are no FRIEDERICHS listings, however there are 7 FREDERICK listings. This survey is a prime example of the failing of these cemetery listings. I have estimate that somewhere between 40 and 50 percent of those buried in any given cemetery do not have markers. These are very common Germanic surnames and there should be listings all over this cemetery. The office record is the final source.
