If your ancestor had a history with "Municipal Farm" or Influenza pandermic in Kansas city,MO in 1918, or with the Tuberculosis Hospital or was destitute 1915-1956 in Jackson Co. Mo. I have a list of hundreds of names in a unmarked potter's there. Or if their death certificate states burial place as "Leeds" or "Municipal". I can tell you exactly where to find this cemetery.
