I believe the reason behind my previous posting was completely misunderstood. My intent was to point out the need for a descriptive subject. The secretary in any efficient office will file under a subject matter, should we not do the same. Believe me I am far from perfect and frequently fail in this same manner. All I was trying to point out is help the people that may do lookups by pointing them to your posts. For example todays Digest contained 12 postings, one must open each of them to identify contents.
