Diana, I am about a week behind (at least!) in my email, and if you have already had an answer, please forgive me. If you have an actual legal description for a piece of property, go to the county clerk's office and have them locate it for you on the plat maps. Obviously I don't know what "expert" you used, but the legal desc. and corresponding piece of land never change - it's the only way title can be issued. Good luck!
