    3. Eleanor, I know that if a cemetery is on private property that the owner can't keep you out. You may have to have the sheriff go out with you to the property. I don't see how that lady can destroy the graves on her property. Although I know of two incidents where it was done but I believe it was because no one persued it. The woman sounds like she needs Jesus in her heart. It wouldn't cost nothing to call a lawyer and ask what the law is on graves on private property. Wishing you the best. Fred D.
