There are two genealogy societies listed on the Scott County, MO Genealogy website. There are also some cemetery listings that might have the names you are looking for. Also would like to know if anyone can tell me the address of Genealogy Society for Scott county? I am looking for information on the Bridges family that lived in that area, and was wondering if anyone has this book and could scan me copies of any Bridges or even snail mail them to me, I would be more than happy to send them money for postage and copies. > pmoorep66@hotmail.com > > > ==== MO-CEMETERIES Mailing List ==== > Checkout the other lists being watched over by your List Mom; > http://mailing_lists.homestead.com/lists.html > To learn more about my world visit http://dwp.bigplanet.com/kburnett > Vist the Mo-Cemeteries Volunteer and Cemetery List http://www.rootsweb.com/~mocemete/mocem.htm > > ============================== > Join the RootsWeb WorldConnect Project: > Linking the world, one GEDCOM at a time. > http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com >
pmoorep66@hotmail.com No, the two volume set is out of print but I do look-ups. Just today I strongly suggested to the DAR it would be most beneficial if they would reprint the 2 volume set. It goes to 1983 and some cemeteries are missing but it is the best out there at this time. What cemetery and name are you looking for? I am a member of the Scott County Historical and Genealogy Society and would be happy to try and help you.
