Dear Bud or Bonnie, Clippings of the information on the cemetery destruction case in Morgan County would be appreciated. That is in an area that is commonly covered by Central Missouri Cemeteries website and sounds as if they need to be posted on the website along suggestions for changes to Missouri Cemetery Law. Cemetery destruction is a class C misdemeanor as defined under the statutes of RSMO-214. RSMO-194 is the statute that is the unmarked burial law and carries felony penalties.
