    3. Hi Minta. John W. Smith???? I think you made that name up!!! Just kidding. I'll bet that would be a nightmare to look up a John Smith. But, you know what? You pay plenty for those death cert. so the least they can do is look for it. I really didn't need the one I sent for as I was lucky enough to find an obituary in a little newspaper in the town where this person lived. Take care.
