Hi, There is a Ridge Township in Carroll County. The town of Bosworth is in that township. There are two cemeteries of which I am aware in Ridge Township. Big Creek Cemetery NE NW Sec 32 T54N R22W it is 3 1/2 miles WSW of Bosworth Union Cemetery NE NE Sec 34 T54N R22W it is 1 mile SW of Bosworth Hope this helps, Paul
