"His family was living on a a farm near Davisville at the time of his death. 2 children died while he was in the service and Louisa buried them down the hill from the house where she was living. It was established in 1866 and is one of five slave burial grounds in Missouri. I included a lot of important photos, research and documentation in my book "Gone, but not Forgotten." I am wondering if anyone knows where the Daniel Page, family plot is? For I found that his son-in-law Henry Douglas Bacon, who had married Daniel Page's daughter Jean. Died in Oakland, CA. 1893-02-18 and Jean who died 1899-08-22 in Oakland, CA. were both sent back to St. Louis. So I am guessing that they were put in the family plot.
