Maybe some of them stayed in that area. Just a thought. Dear Victoria, Thank you very much for your response to my query. I should have mentioned that my Great Grandfather, Frank CLAIR, left his family in Barry Co, MO, and departed for OK alone, or at least as far as we know, he was alone. I checked your directory site previously and was very glad to see it. I'm hoping someday to get some information about Peoria in the 1890's.
