Jerry, I have seen lots of Tillmans in my research...I know some Tillmans, so the name stood out to me. Try looking in Christian and Greene Counties. I didn't write down anymore than the head of household (was just getting names of those that lived around my kinfolk), but Samuel Tillman,49, m, born in MO was in house 881 in Finley Township, Greene County, MO 1850 census. This Finley Township is Christian County in 1860 and thereafter. Hope that helps a little! :-) Kim >From: "Gerald Johnston" <gerald.h.johnston@worldnet.att.net> >Reply-To: MO-AR-WRV-L@rootsweb.com >To: MO-AR-WRV-L@rootsweb.com >Subject: [MO-AR-WRV] Tillman Family >Date: Mon, 15 Jan 2001 21:27:18 -0700 > >Anyone there have a family tree, or descendnecy chart of the Tillmans that >were in the area?
