What kind of membership types are you looking at? FM would be full member. PM would be prepatory member. AM = Associate member (but you probably won't see many of those.) Excluded might mean being voted out for being a "sinner", which is kinda like saying. "you can't come in the barn because you're a cow." Dismissed by letter could have been just somebody who had been REALLY inactive (like since birth!)or it could have been a transfer to a church in another location. Does any of that fit with what you're seeing?
