He married Miss LILLY JAMES at Mansfield, October 11, 1899, and they have four children, MYRTLE, WAYNE, RUTH and HARRIET. He is secretary-treasurer of the National Farm Loan Association at Mansfield, where he resides. Was trustee of Gasconade Township in 1920. He was elected to the 58th General Assembly in 1934; re-elected in 1936 to the 59th General Assembly, again in 1938 to the 60th General Assembly, in which he was a member of the following committees: Appropriations; Agriculture; Roads and Highways; State Teachers Colleges. JERRY NOVAK (Democrat), Representative from St. Louis City, First District; born April 26, 1903; educated in the public schools and Cleveland high school of St. Louis, University of Illinois, and St. Louis School of Dentistry. He was married November 27, 1933, to Miss MILDRED SHERMAN. A dentist, he resides at 3347A California Avenue, St. Louis. Is a member of the Delta Sigma Delta fraternity. A First Lieutenant in the Medical Reserve, he belongs to the Officers Reserve Corps, 102nd Division. Is a member of the Loyal 10th Ward Democratic Club, and a charter member of the Young Democratic Dickman for Mayor Club, both in St. Louis.
