Porter, his wife, by their certai_ Deed of Trust, ______ on the 22nd day of January, 1875, filed for record on the 19th day of October A.D. 1875, and duly recorded in the Recorder's Office of Pettis county, Missouri in Deed of Trust book No. 10, at pages 418 and 419, duly granted ba_______, sold ___ conveyed unto James L. Porter, Trustee, the following described real estate situated in the county of Platte, and State of Missouri; to-wit: The southeast quarter o_ the northwest quarter of section eighteen (18), Township forty-seven (47), of Range number twenty-three (23), Also the _ortheast quarter of the south-west quarter of section number eighteen (18), Township forty-seven (47), of Range number twenty-three (23), containing in all eighty acres more or less, which said conveyance was made in trust to secure the payment of the sum of money specified in the promissory note therein described. And whereas, said promissory note in said Deed of Trust described has become due and remains unpaid, now, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, and at the request of the legal holder of said note, I, James L. Porter Trustee, will on Saturday, the 7th day of April, 1877, between the hours of 9 o'clock in the forenoon and 5 o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at the front door of the Court House in the town of Sedalia, sell at public venue to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, the said before described real estate, to pay said note and interest, together with the costs and expenses of executing this trust.
