September 13, 1891, he was married in Camden County, Mo., to Miss LOUIE E. DAVIS, and they had three sons and three daughters, W.O., ALDYTH, THELMA, IRMA, WALDO M., and NORMAN A., the last two named, deceased. A jeweler, he resides at Linn Creek. He formerly taught in the puplic schools of Texas County and Camden County, Mo.; was postmaster at Linn Creek eight years; mayor there two terms; cashier of the Camden County Bank, and served three terms as presiding judge of the Camden County Court. He was elected in 1922 to the House of Representatives of the 52nd General Assembly; re-elected in 1928 to the 55th General Assembly, and in 1938 to the 60th General Assembly, where he was a member of the following committees: Fish and Game; Consolidation of Counties and Other Subdivisions of the State Government, Boards, Bureaus and Departments; Municipal Corporations; Penal Institutions; Social Security and Old Age Assistance; Workmen's Compensation. RANDALL R. KITT (Republican), Representative from Livingston County; born April 14, 1905, in Chillicothe, Mo.; educated in the public schools of Chillicothe, William Jewell College at Liberty, Mo. (A.B. 1927), and University of Missouri (LL.B. 1930). He married Miss MABEL LEWIS, May 31, 1930, in Lake Charles, La., and they have one son, PAUL D. KITT II. An attorney, with offices at 822 Jackson Street, Chillicothe, he resides at 1803 Calhoun Street there. He formerly was President of the Young Republican Club of Livingston County and served one term, 1935-1936, as Prosecuting Attorney of that county. Elected in 1938 to the House of Representatives, he served in the 60th General Assembly as a member of the following committees: Appropriations; Building and Loan; Consolidation of Counties and Other Subdivisions of the State Government, Boards, Bureaus and Departments; Criminal Jurisprudence; Judiciary; Transportation Other Than Railroads.
