He was elected three times as County Judge, Second District, Crawford County; served twenty-eight years as Director and Clerk of School District No. 18 of that County; is President of the Crawford County School Board Association; President of the Crawfaord County Redistricting Board, and was a manager of the Farmers' Exchange at Cuba for six years.
