On September 30, 1914, he married Miss MARY SUE WALLACE at Kansas City, Mo., and they have five children, WALACE M., BETTY JANE, REYNOLDS S., ANN S., and MARY SUE. An attorney, he resides at Hannibal, Mo. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, and of the Bar Association of the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Missouri. After serving four consecutive terms, from 1919 to 1927, as Prosecuting Attorney of Marion County, He was elected to the House of Representatives of the 57th General Assembly, and re-elected in 1934, 1936 and 1938 to the 58th, 59th and 60th General Assemblies.
