During the World War he served with the Headquarters Co. 354 and 89th Division, and was disabled and discharged December 7, 1918. Elected in 1938 to the House of Representatives of the 60th General Assembly, he served as a member of the following committees: Accounts; Banks and Banking; Bills to be Perfected and Printed; Railroads and Internal Improvements; Roads and Highways; Transportation Other Than Railroads; Workmen's Compensation. R.F. (JIM) WOLLARD (Democrat), Representative from Ray County; born June 17m 1893, near Hardin, Mo., a son of the late Judge SAMUAL A. WOLLARD; educated in the public schools of Ray County. Married Miss HANNAH HOOVER at Richmond, Mo., May 28, 1914, and they have two sons, CHARLES and GARLAND. A farmer and live stock dealer, he resides at Polo and is a member of the Methodist Church there.
