Born July 25, 1902, on a farm three miles southeast of Allendale, Mo.; educated in the public schools; married May 7, 1921, to Miss RUTH JONES of Grant City, Mo., and they have two sons, JOE and WADE. He was admitted to the bar December 12, 1931, and resides at Grant City, where he is a lawyer, farmer and stockman. Is a member of the Christian Church and of the Masonic Lodge. He was elected in 1938 to fill the unexpired term of the late Judge Thomas A. Cummins. RICHARD B. BRIDGEMAN (Democrat). Fifth Circuit. Was born in Bigelow, Mo., December 24, 1875. Educated in public schools of Holt County, Missouri; Drake University of Des Moines, Iowa, and the University of Missouri at Columbia, where he received the degree of LL.B. in 1898. He was admitted to the bar in 1898. On may 17, 1899, he married Miss MATTIE GROVES in Holt County, and they have one son, Dr. RICHARD B. BRIDGEMAN, Jr., who is now on the Medical Staff at U,S. Veterans Hospital at Marion, Ind. Has always be active in Democratic politics and was a delegate to the Democratic National Convention at Houston, Texas, in 1928. Is a member of the Phi Delta Phi and Kappa Alpha fraternities. He was elected Judge of the Fifth Circuit in November 1932, to fill out the unexpired term of Guy B. Park, who resigned to make a successful race for Governor, and was re-elected in 1934 for a term of six years expiring December 31, 1940. Resides at Oregon, Mo. Norma
