Hi! I talked to a police officer some time ago and he told me that there is an officer on the Duluth Police force that is sort of an historian of the records. I can't remember his name, but I think it was Polish. He said to just call the police department and ask if the records are available and if you can talk to the record keeper or historian. I haven't done it my self yet but my husband's uncle was a police officer during that time, so if you find out anything, let me know.
