Charles Cooper b. abt 1869 married Elvira Perkins b. abt 1881. They married in Duluth, MN. in 1901. They had the following children. Robert William Cooper b. 12/22/1901 Charles Arthur Cooper b. 3/17/1906 Phoebe Cooper b. 2/5/1912 They resided in Two Harbors, MN. for sometime. Any connection out there?
