Listers, The montessori school was originally Thomas Feigh Hospital for Crippled Children (source: Catholic Outlook 1914). It became Corpus Christie House around 1920 (Catholic Outlook 1926) and at the same time The Thrid Order of St. Dominic came to Duluth - they also lived there. Yes, old Calvary Cemetery was very near to that building. I cannot prove it but when I was growing up, the unwed mother's home was at 12th ave E and 9th St and I believe it was called Carmel Heights. The Corpus Christie house much, much further up 12th AVe. E (at the very top near High Street). Sorry that won't help those of you not from Duluth.
