According to the Saint Louis County Death Record index, there were 2 Arthur Miller's that died in that time period in Saint Louis County. The records are below MILLER ARTHUR NA 10/4/1955 1007 MILLER ARTHUR ALBERT 8/22/1946 869 Although the dates do not match to what you said, I would look at these records anyways.
