My grandmother, Grace Siler was born to Peter Siler and Mary Frost on January 17, 1931 in either Duluth, Minnesota or Superior, Wisconsin. They are my brick wall. Has anyone heard of this family? I looked on the map and wasn't sure if Duluth is in St. Louis county, or not. Is it?
