In a recently acquired cache of family photos, there are a couple that show a group of people standing in front of the "Julius Adams Cigar Factory No.84G". On the window of the building it reads "Belle of St. Cloud" and "Idela". My grandfather, Fred T. (Ferdinand Theodore) LUX is in one of the photos, and it appears to have been taken about 1906-1907. Where was this factory located, in St. Cloud or in Sauk Centre? Fred T. LUX's biography says he learned the cigar making trade in St. Cloud, but a post card from his future wife, Mary GOERGER, is addressed to "Mr. Fred T. Lux, Sauk Centre, Minn. c/o J. Adams".
