(also spelled Broten) They moved from Minnesota to Idaho and Washington in the very early 1900s, and the last of their children died in Spokane a few years ago. I have some information from the last two of their daughters that I used for my "Jackman Family Story" that was compiled in 1995. I would be happy to share what I have off-line... Lois
