Would list member be willing to write up something that describes this resource more fully and suggest some steps (or options [SHM; local Stearns library, etc]) to obtain the results of a query ("I found my great great great cousin's uncle's son's obit -- how can I get it?)? The resulting document would find a home on the Stearns County site of course in some capacity.
