Hi Wayne. I don't have a Katherine Verkennes in my records but Pieter V. and wife may have had more children than the four I mentioned. They married in 1846 so having a daughter of marrying age in 1869 is certainly possible. Do you know the names of Katherine's parents? My Pieter V. came from "Limburg, Melik" in the Netherlands
