Roger H. Knacke, 61, of New Auburn, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003, at Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, New Auburn with burial in High Island Cemetery, New Auburn. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 7:30-8:30 a.m. Saturday at Egesdal Funeral Home, Gaylord. He is survived by his mother, Myrtle of New Auburn; wife, Kathleen of New Auburn; daughters, Nicole Sidwill of Mound, Karla Wendorff of New Auburn, Jolene of New Auburn and Krystal Knacke of Winthrop; brother, Craig of New Auburn; sisters, Kathleen Ringo of New Auburn and Faye Ryan of Arlington and five grandchildren. He was born June 15, 1941, in New Auburn to Herman and Myrtle (Schimmelpfennig) Knacke.
