Erickson who was born in 1845. Came to the US in 1865 and settled first in LaPorte, Indiana, then came to Faxon Twp. in Sibley County. He was married to Sophia Dorthee Otting Koch on 4 Jul 1866 in Sibley Co.Sophia was first married to Henry Koch who died in 1865. Henry and Sophia Bremer had 6 children - all girls - Sophia, Wilhelmine, Annie, Auguste, Dorothea and a Baby Girl who died as an infant. Henry's father was William H. Bremer and his mother was Martha Meyer. Henry was born 19 Jan 1838 in Prussia and died on 10 Apr 1910. He died in Arlington Twp, Sibley Co MN, and is buried in the Weckwerth Cemetery in Sibley Co.
