Metha Rohlck, 102, died Saturday in the Mary Jane Brown Home in Luverne. Metha Heckt was born April 14, 1882 in Tama County, Iowa. She married John Rohlck Jan, 18, 1906, in Elberon, Iowa. They moved in 1913 to Hardwick Minn., and in 1936 to Luverne. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Luverne. Survivors include a daughter, Esther Cook; Luverne; three grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren. Services will begin 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. John's Lutheran Church in Luverne, with burial in Maplewood Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 12 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Engebretson Funeral Home in Luverne. ((I am not related to the family, however one of the two granddaughters is my God-mother.
