    3. There is an East and West Palisade Cemetery. There used to be an East and West Palisade Church also, but they merged earlier in the 1900s--I'm not sure about the date but could find it for you if needed. The west Palisade cemetery is about 1 1/2 miles west of the church you described. My husband's family have been members of the church probably since it's beginning. We buried his mother in the East Palisade Cemetery last May, the last of the family line with membership at this time. The church also keeps a small "family cemetery" in a farm field about a mile east of the church.
