I am currently living in Inverness, Scotland, although lived most of my life (as I am not dead yet!) in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. I am 37 years old and own my own security company, I have a Scottish Fiance and a 14 month old daughter called Kirsty. I am VERY keen to trace the VICKERMAN family history, as my Father, Marmaduke Vickerman (theres a GREAT name huh?!) has taught me to be proud of my heritage. For your information, I found a liitle history already. Many years ago the VICKERMAN family were SQUIRES (landowners) of a village called WETWANG in East Yorkshire on the road to HULL. If you get an atlas of the Yorkshire area, you will be able to locate this village. I spoke a few years ago to the parish Priest, who showed me records of this event!!! Who needs the Lotto...we may be rich beyond our wildest dreams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
