I'm sorry but none of the surnames in your post are listed in the Rock or Pipestone County bios. There were some Smith and Walkers, but not with the first names you asked about. The Smiths I have are Albert, Alva C., Charles H., Fred, Perley H. None of the bios refer to Frank Smith. The Walkers listed are Charles H., Alexander, Edward A. Again none are referencing Joseph.
