Can anyone help? Please respond directly to Patricia. Incidentally, the MN Historical Society has most of the newspapers ever published in the state on microfilm -- they are available through interlibrary loan at most local public libraries. MHS also provides a lookup service -- reasonably priced. Do note that the St. Paul Pioneer Press/Dispatch for this time period charged for obituaries, especially those that are lengthy and meaty for family historians. You have a better shot of getting a nice one from community newspapers, such as those published for White Bear Lake or one of the other suburban communities. But nothing ventured, nothing gained!
