    3. Dear List members, Could I please ask for your advice regarding how to find out if there are still some remaining relatives in St. Paul or surroundings descended from my grandfather's uncle Victor Hanson, immigrated from Sweden in the late 1880's. Victor Hanson was born in Arby, Småland in 1856, and brought along at least one son, Peter Arthur Hanson, born in 1881. According to the 1890 Census they lived at Boards 877 Woodbridge, St. Paul, MN, USA. Victor died in St. Paul 1913. Peter Arthur married Ella Anna Kutzky (b. 1882). They, in turn, had (at least) six children, all with the surname Hanson: - Harvey Arthur, b. 1905, d. 1989 - George Victor, b. 1908, d. 1996 - Arthur H., b. 1910, d. 1998 - Mantor John, b. 1914, d. 1984 - Earle Robert, b. 1916, d. 1962 - Dorothy Amelia, b. 1918, d. 2002 According to Minnesota Birth index, two children were born to a Arthur H. Hanson: Bruce Arthur Hanson, born in Ramsey County in 1938 and Douglas Charles Hanson, 1945. In addition to my interest in family research, I would very much like to get in contact with these relatives. My mother is turning 80 next year and has very clear memories of her second cousin visting Sweden in the 1930's. We also have a photo from that occasion that we would like to share with them. Any advice about how to continue to trace them would be very much appreciated. Best regards, Katarina Mühlenbock Gothenburg, Sweden

    3. Dear Katarina, You will be hearing from your Hanson relatives living in Arizona shortly. How wonderful of you to want to reconnect with your U.S. relatives! Some of the Hanson family are also interested in genealogy, and will be very interested to communicate with you. Best regards.
