I'm trying to discover if there was a family relationship between my gr-gr-grandfather, Robert Dugan and Charles Purney Dugan. I believe they may have been cousins. Charles was the son of Henry Dugan, born 2/1/1821 in Newry, Armagh, Ireland, and Christina Miller Purney. Robert was the son of Joseph Dugan, born in1820 in Newtown Hamilton, Armagh, Ireland and Sarah Kerr. They all resided in St. Paul by 1865. I have a photo album with photos of all except Christina. Charles is the only person about whom II have no details. Linda
