I was born in West St paul but after my dad died in 1934 we moved to w 7th area--lived at 437 Banfil Street--if I remember correctly the corner of Goodhue! went to st stan and then Monroe--graduated in 1944. In 1947 my Mom and 6 kids moved up near St Catherine's College. Married in the Nativity in 47 moved to Calif in 49. Hubby was a year ahead of me at Monroe. We have come back for reunions through the years and to visit family. Our house on Banfil looks better now than it did when we rented it!! My hubby and I are both part Bohemian. ----- Original Message ----- From: "JAMES J KAPPELHOFF" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, November 21, 2006 7:45 AM Subject: Re: [MNRAMSEY] Seeking church for Bohemians in St. Paul > This is very interesting to me.
