MHS (rather than MGS) has many Episcopal records -- Neither repository is a lending library, though if MHS was the creator of a microfilm, they usually will allow it to go out on InterLibrary Loan to public libraries in the U.S. The MnRamsey website has a list of people who do research, and may be willing to do some for you, either for $$ or in exchange for lookups.
