I just had a "DUH" moment regarding my great great grandparents, and I believe they MAY have been married in St Paul (after years of searching in New York and Pennsylvania). Are there any marriage records available for St Paul between 1855 and 1860? I know they were not recorded at the state level, but I am aware that towns in Hennepin County recorded them that early so I am hoping that is also true of Ramsey County.
