Hi, I am not sure what she means by lower St Paul.........I know od Paymar furniture on Payne Avenue and Butwinick furniture ....I think on Seventh Street. I have been away from St Paul for many years...can someone let me know what is meant by lower St Paul please??? I am also interested in what area was considered Lower St Paul. I lived there between 1926 and 1949 and have visited often over the years. I remember Cardozo's as being on W. 7th st downtown.
