    3. Can anyone help her? Respond directly to her, as I don't know if she's on our list or not. There were several cemeteries in St. Paul besides Elmhurst -- Zion (now part of Oakland and German Lutheran), Oakland (non-denominational, which also had a county burial ground), Calvary (Catholic) -- so religion can be a factor, as well as $$$. There are death records microfilmed for St. Paul and Ramsey County by the LDS and available at the Family History Libraries. They are separate because they had separate health departments. Both were keeping records before the State Health Department got into the picture in 1899/1900. Mary >I have a photograph of funeral flowers from my great great >grandmother's funeral.
