I grew up 1/2 block off of Cleveland on Wellesley Avenue. Cleveland runs north and south and intersects with Summit Avenue several miles west of the Ramsey Hill. Cleveland runs from Mississippi River Blvd. (I think) thru the Highland Village, past St. Catherine's College (on Randolph, Ave.), past St. Thomas College (on Summit Avenue), and continues north. Could you be thinking of Grand Avenue? The Ramsey Hill comes down and intersects with Grand Avenue at the bottom of the hill. But this area is not far off of West 7th Street near downtown St. Paul.
