Michelle, This is a shot in the dark and will require quite a lot of work, but why don't you try the following procedure: 1. Get the names of all the high schools in Ramsey and Hennepin Counties. 2. Then get the addresses or phone numbers of the local library of the towns where those high schools were/are. 3. Write to each of those libraries, requesting yearbook lookups. Ask specifically for printouts of the pages showing pictures of graduating seniors between 1965? and 1971. Offer to pay for time and cost. 4. After you receive the printouts of the pictures of the graduating classes, look through the pictures to see if anyone looks like you or someone you know. 5. If you end up with a familiar face, you will also have a name. That's your first step. You will have to take it from there. Believe it or not, I found my mother's parents in a similar manner. All I knew was that she came from Winona County, Minnesota. I was looking for someone who looked like my mother but found someone who looked like ME! We eventually had a wonderful reunion with her 4 half sisters. Don't give up hope. 6. If you do find the name of someone you suspect could be related to you, you might check the high school reunion pages for lists of addresses of former graduates. Of course, there are other options besides alumni lists at this point in your research.
